Back 2 Business
So began Day 1 of what I call " a roller coaster"- my weight, because it sure goes up and down. So since I been out the scene for almost 6 months and have become extremely lazy, I started light. As many woman who deal with weight issues and want to know the real deal on how to have an "ass" like a rock, and "abs" of steel, we usually hear smaller sized people's insight of what to eat and not to eat. So here's my experiment, my rules of this game. I have 30 days, and this is what it will include:
1. 1 hour of cardio or 3 miles, at least 4x a week, with an hour of ab exercises.
2. NO starches, snacks, juices, sodas, sugars more than 3 grams
3. Eggs, multi grain bars, fat free yogurt
4. Fish,shrimp, salads, whole grains, beans
5. At the end 20 pounds lighter.
In the end all it takes it discipline, My lowest was 118(stress) and my highest 178(yes i was, and i have the pictures to prove them). So Let the games begin!!!!
